When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    M'n Recon Tanto lijkt een beetje op een "shark"... En dat is ie eigenlijk ook wel een beetje. Het is een fantastisch uitgebalanceerd mes. Strak, black en efficiënt. Ik heb hem nog niet uitgeprobeerd in de praktijk, maar ik ga over drie weken de Zweedse bush in en ik vertrouw erop. Ik heb al heel wat messen gehad, maar deze deugd als je hem in je hand hebt. Overigens is die service van jullie ook perfect.

    zeer goede kwaliteit, ligt lekker in de hand en strak afgewerkt, een mooi mes voor de moderne budoka.

    Zeer tevreden over de afhandeling en kwaliteit van het product. Verpakking van het product was goed ingepakt en kwam netjes aan, plus punt was ook dat er een briefje in zit waarop vermeld staat door wie het product is ingepakt. Product zelf (Cold Steel - Recon Tanto) is van hoogwaardige kwaliteit en met een mooi foedraal geleverd. Kortom zeer tevreden en de 2e bestelling is alweer in behandeling...
