We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Heerlijk lichte lamp - met veel genoegen gebruikt om details van de koningsgraven in Luxor beter te kunnen bekijken. Hoogste stand geeft echte meerwaarde.

    Erg fijn zaklampje,wij nemen het altijd mee met de hond uitlaten.
    Dat de batterij vrij vlug leeg is op de hoogste stand is niet zo´n probleem omdat penlichts goedkoop zijn en bovendien kunnen er oplaadbare batterijen in.
    Enige minpuntje is dat de draaibare kop vrij stroef gaat,maar dat zal op den duur wel soepeler gaan.

    Lamp gekocht om vooral te gebruiken tijdens het hardlopen, de lamp verspreidt een perfecte, helder witte lichtbundel en is prima voor dat doel te gebruiken. Het formaat past perfekt in mijn hand, niet te groot en niet te iel. Groot voordeel is verder dat ik de oplaadbare penlight batterijen kan gebruiken. Zeer tevreden

    Compact maar geeft en erg hoge lichtopbrengst.
    De 2 lichtstanden zijn erg handig, ik vind dit genoeg en heb niet meer standen nodig.
    Goed afgewerkt en robuust.
