We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    De bloemenschaar is heel fijn in gebruik voor het in de vaas zetten en verzorgen van boeketten en licht snoei werk.
    Ik heb al diversen malen een bloemenschaar als kado bij een boeket gegeven

    Het schaartje om de bloemen af te snijden is perfect. Een zeer handig, licht en makkelijk schaartje om zo even in de keukenlade op te bergen! De bloemen kan je in zijn originele boeket houden, zodat het door de bloemist geschikte boeketje zo in de vaas gezet kan worden.

    Ik vond het helemaal super een product wat niet meer in de winkel leverbaar is kun je gewoon via internet bestellen en heb je nog snel in huis ook zonder verzendkosten !!!
    Super dat het zo nog kan.
