Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.

Guaranteed and expected shipping time of your order
With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Iets te groot voor mijn L2D-CE van Fenix maar dat is geen probleem. Deze maat houd ook de losse batterijhouder plus 2 batterijen voor een L2D serie (echter zonder lampenkop!) Voor als je exta nodig hebt om te wisselen tussen de L1D en L2D achterzijde :)

    Zware kwaliteit en zeker te gebruiken voor meer dan alleen de lampen van Fenix. Was verast door de goede afwerking. Zeer goed materiaal.

    Heavy Duty is hij zeker! Ik kocht hem ter vervanging van de standaard nylon hoesjes die bij de lamp wordt geleverd. Deze is zeer sterk en de drukknop sluiting is zelfs oer-sterk en stijf van constructie zodat de lip makkelijk beet te pakken is en is te openen. De kwaliteit was voor mij een aangename verrassing. Zoek je een meer dan stevig foudraal voor je lamp, die makkelijk aan je riem draagt met een wijde lus dan is dit zeker een goede aankoop. Over de service van knives and tools hoef ik het niet te hebben; die is klasse!
