Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Bijna perfect mes. Moet zich op lange termijn natuurlijk nog bewijzen. Heft had iets "voller" mogen zijn, maar dat gaat om milimeters...

    Een heerlijk werkmes. Bijna honderd euro voor een roestend mes is een hoop geld, maar dit mes snijdt dan ook perfect, en daar gaat het nu net om.

    Wat een geweldig mes. Prachtig heft en een bijzonder lemmet. Heb jarenlang gezworen bij Wusthoff messen (de top-range), maar dit mes van Herder slaat echt alles qua scherpte, gewicht (lekker licht) en dunheid (mes is mooi dun waardoor het veel makkelijker door dikkere dingen snijdt). Ook merkte ik gelijk een verschil met aanzetten en slijpen, zoveel malen makkelijker dan met een roestvrijstalen mes.
