    When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Werk nu een aantal maanden als hobbykok met deze messenset en ik ben erg tevreden met dit fraaie gereedschap. De messen zijn niet alleen mooi om te zien maar ze liggen ook nog eens goed in de hand, zijn scherp en zijn goed uitgebalanceerd.

    Het enige mes waarmee ik niet zo goed weet wat ik moet doen, is het Japanse koksmes dat ook in dit blok zit. Dat is dan eigenlijk ook het enige nadeel dat ik van dit blok kan noemen. Als je de messen voor gebruik even aanzet, blijven ze werkelijk super scherp! Zou ik opnieuw voor de keuze staan een messenblok te moeten kopen, zou ik zeker deze set weer aanschaffen.
