Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.

With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Ik heb het lampje nu een kleine twee weken in mijn bezit,
    en gebruik het nu dagelijks tijdens mijn werk. Het lampje bevalt mij zeer goed, het is handzaam, redelijk zuinig, wat met de gebruikte aa baterijen in de kosten ook nog eens reuze meevalt, en de lichtopbrengst vindt ik zeer goed te noemen voor een lampje dat maar 8 cm groot is. Nadat je de bediening eenmaal doorhebt, is er ook nog eens makkelijk te schakelen tussen de verschillende standen, en heb je dus altijd de juiste lichtbundel voor handen. De stevigheid heb ik ook al getest door het lampje onbedoeld van een meter of zes te laten vallen, dit had geen enkel resultaat in de werking. Kortom gezegd, dit is een lampje wat ingezet kan worden in een legio van situaties, en is zeker geen miskoop.

    Er zit geen gebruiksaanwijzing in de doos, en tussen het uit zoeken sterkte van led is moeilijk te zien in welke stand hij staat

    De gebruiksaanwijzing mag in mijn geval iets duidelijker, maar hij doet wat moet: geeft veeeeel licht in de duisternis!
