Goldhamster Solicut 'First Class ' series. Fully drop-forged from one piece of stainless steel ( X50 CrMoV 15,) ice-hardened and hand-honed.
The handles are equipped with durable black nylon inlays.

Service instructions:
First Class knives are not dishwasher-proof, we recommend that these knives are washed by hand and dried immediately with a soft cloth.
Dishwasher detergents can ruin fine knives by blunting the edges and drying out the handle inlays.
