The Wusthof IKON series consists of various professional knives with a modern design, which are completely forged from one piece of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel.
The handles are inlayed with Grenadill African Blackwood, a finely grained tropical hardwood with excellent properties.

Warning: take care in handling these fine knives, as they have a very high level of initial sharpness.
Each model we have seen so far could shave the hair on the back of your hand with ease, right out of the box.
