Returns and Refunds
15 -Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with all KNIVES AND TOOLS merchandise. You may return any unused item, within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping). Please enclose a note and copy of your invoice so we can credit your account. We will always credit you the same we you paid us (ie credit card or wire transfer). You are still responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to Knives And Tools Online.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

We honour our manufacturers guarantee and replacement policies. In many cases this is a limited lifetime guarantee. For products that are bought with us, we will pay for shipping to us and back to you.

Our policy is to answer any e-mail sent to info@knivesandtools.com the same (business) day, if it is received before 3.00 PM central European time. In case your case takes more time to handle, we will inform you about it first.
Credit Card Acceptance
We accept VISA, EuroCard/Master Card and American Express credit cards using secure online transactions. We reserve the right not to accept a credit card payment even if it was approved online. In those cases we will ask for a regular or SWIFT bank transfer.
Shipping
All orders are normally shipped the same day if they are placed before 12.00 AM central European time and all items are in stock.
All orders from the Netherlands are shipped using PTT Post. Delivery time is generally 1 day.
All international orders are shipped using UPS. Delivery is generally within 2 or 3 days, when UPS Express is chosen.
VAT / Customs Duties
For orders to countries that are part of the European Union we have to collect 19% VAT.
For orders to countries outside the European Union we do not collect VAT but VAT and Customs Duties may be charged by the local authorities. Customers from the US that choose for UPS Ground shipping do not pay import duties.
