The **Condor Polarwind** is a large machete with an interesting design. While for most machetes the tip lies 'lower' than the handle, when you look at the knife from the side, the tip of this machete is perfectly in line with the handle. As a result, the Polarwind Machete is much more versatile than most other machetes. The Polarwind has a relatively slim blade, keeping the design nicely lightweight and easy to use!

## 1075 carbon steel blade

The blade is made from 1075 carbon steel. This is a strong steel that is easy to sharpen, and can also take quite a beating. 1075, however, is not completely stainless. As such you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The handle is made from walnut wood. The knife comes in a solid leather sheath with a belt loop.
