I ordered this 13cm Eden Classic Damask knife for the second time because my wife was very satisfied and my son wanted it instantly when he saw it. The knife has a wider blade than other utilities of the same length, made of AUS 10 with good edge retention. Its overall weight is also above the average for its category. These features were an additional reason for me to purchase it. It has a solid construction, with an ergonomic handle, feels comfortable and ensures a firm grip in the hand. In three months of light use, it was not necessary to sharpen it, as it was sufficient to use the 3000 honing rod, about every 2-3 weeks. In addition to its beautiful appearance, it creates a pleasant feeling in use. I recommend this product that I am delighted with.
