The **Kershaw Leek 1660EDGE** is a slim, compact pocket knife with assisted opening, designed by Ken Onion. It might seem a bit much to have assisted opening for a typical small EDC pocket knife, but it's great that you don't have to put a lot of effort into opening the knife. Closing the blade can also be done with one hand. Safety is guaranteed by the framelock and the additional lock which prevents the knife from accidentally opening. This final lock slides over the tip of the blade when the knife is closed. You can easily remove this extra lock if you wish to. The pocket clip is functional and stylish, and can be attached in two different ways: tip up and tip down.

This Kershaw Knives Exclusive is a limited edition. Enclosed are 5 editions of the comic book 'The Edge', designed by Joe Zavaletta and printed in the USA. It was released in collaboration with Zero Tolerance Knives. In the story, Kershaw's two comic book heroes join forces with the Leek, to create the perfect EDC knife.

Ik heb voor deze gekozen omdat het 1 vd goedkopere magnacut mesjes was. M'n eerste magnacut. Specifiek voor dit dunne lemmet en staalsoort gekozen omdat ik een zakmesje op 15° wou slijpen. Keukenmesscherp zakmes dus. Dit ging heel gemakkelijk en ben best tevreden met het resultaat  De snede die er af fabriek opstand vond ik persoonlijjk ondermaats in deze prijsklasse, vandaar een paar sterretjes minder.
