The Lansky 2-Stage Sharpening System will help you sharpen your knives quickly and easy.
All you need to do is put the 2 medium grit ceramic sticks in the pre-drilled holes and stroke each one repeatedly from top to bottom while holding your knife in a 90 degree angle.
After 20 to 40 strokes per side, change the medium grit sticks for the fine grit ones and repeat the procedure.
The result will be a razorsharp knife everytime, it's that simple.

    Due to the 9 inch length of the ceramic rods this system is best for fixed blades and larger kitchen knives.

    Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.

    Guaranteed and expected shipping time of your order
    With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
    We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

    Our time to ship guarantee
    When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

    Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Prima slijpsysteem voor een goede prijs. De plastic houder beschermt je hand, waardoor je makkelijk en veilig kan werken

    Makkelijk in gebruik, altijd goede hoek, vlijmscherpe messen. Van het schilmesje tot het 23cm koksmes slijpt ie gelijkmatig.

    Ik heb hem ook kado gedaan aan een vriend die er al even enthousiast over is.

    Ik heb alleen nog niet gevonden waar de nieuwe staven op de site staan (voor als ze ter zijner tijd aan vervanging toe zullen zijn).

    Handig in gebruik en compact op te bergen, vooral erg goed om messen scherp te houden. Ik prefereer het systeem boven een aanzetstaal.

    Prima apparaat, ik gebruik het voor mijn damaststalen Japanse messen die er vlijmscherp mee blijven.
    Bii het uitpakken bleek dat de twee fijne staafjes onregelmatigheden vertoonden. Toen ik hierover mailde kreeg ik terstond twee nieuwe staafjes opgestuurd.

    De messen worden er vlijmscherp van.Echt top!
    Vind het wel een gehannes met die staafjes er uithalen en inzetten.
    Dat goedkoop stuk plastic er boven vind ik onzin omdat je als je je aan de voorschriften houdt je je niet kan snijden.
    Het lijkt me erop gezet puur om meer geld te vragen.
    Ik ben overigens altijd kritisch.
