    Our time to ship guarantee
    When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Dit is een zeer scherp mes, dat zijn scherpte niet snel verliest. Het is erg gemakkelijk te openen door middel van de duimknop. Omdat het mes redelijk groot is, ligt het goed in de hand. De vormgeving is erg "high-tech"; daar moet je dan wel van houden.
    Door de grote hardheid van het gebruikte staal is het mes niet gemakkelijk zelf te slijpen.
