Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.

With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Doordat de bijgeleverde batterijen in mijn Lumapower nog steeds voldoende stroom geven heb ik nog geen oordeel over de lader.

    Goede snellader met duidelijke leds als aanwijzing, is te verstellen voor verschillende maten batterijen.

    Goede lader, speciaal geschikt voor de 18650 batterijen met geintegreerd charge/discharge circuit. Laat de batterijen op tot volledig vermogen en geeft ze een langere levensduur door betere regulatie. Het is mij opgevallen dat ook de laadduur korter is dan bij gebruik van andere (echter wel compatibele) laders.

    Ik heb de adapter gekocht om de 3.7 LI-ion 18650 batterij te kunnen opladen. Het produkt zelf is goed afgewerkt en de batterij was zeer snel opgeladen. De oplader was een dag na bestelling netjes verpakt bezorgd. Zeer tevreden over het produkt en de afhandeling van KniveAndTools

    top lader, eerst de verkeerde toegestuurd gekregen maar na overleg met Uw organisatie en deze via een retourservice terug gestuurd kon ik de batterijlader in gebruik nemen.
