Recibí el hacha con una tara de fabricación, y la. única solución que se me aportó fue devolverla. Ni reemplazo, ni abono parcial, ni ninguna otra alternativa.

No creo que vuelva a comprar aquí, ya que la primera vez que lo he hecho he recibido el producto con tara de fabricación, y con una respuesta tajante, automática y de "cero empatía" por parte del servicio de atención al cliente.
