 This **Fissler Crispy Steelux Premium frying pan**is ideal for crispy texture and brown baking of your piece of meat, fish or vegetables. This series is made of only high-quality 18/10 stainless-steel, which can be heated to high temperatures. As a result, you sear your products, so it stays juicy and tender.




The edge of the pan is designed so pouring sauces and other liquids goes drop-free. Also, the transition between the bottom surface and side of the pan is smooth so you can get through the whole surface while stirring. Nothing will ever stick to the bottom surface without you noticing. 


 The Novogrill surface on the bottom replaces a non-stick coating, which makes it work like a grill pan. As a result the product sears shut and does not stick to the surface. You don’t need as much fat, butter or oil to get a great result. The Cook Star-bottom is designed to accommodate all the different cooking plates, including induction. Also changing between different heat sources is not a problem. By the high-quality surface ensures that heat is spread evenly and is retained really well.

## Tips


Put the pan on the heat source and sprinkle a little water to check if the pan is hot enough. Once the drops of water start dancing in the pan you have reached the best cooking temperature.


Try to bake high-protein products (meat and the such, but also potatoes) without oil, butter or other fat. The product will cook and sear itself shut, so you’ll get a delicious crispy crust. It is very tempting to try to remove the product from the bottom surface of the pan when it is sticking to it. You should, however, exercise some self-control. It will work out!


Good cleaning is essential. Straight after baking put some detergent in the pan and clean it with a brush and some water. When you don’t clean it properly it will build up and be very hard to clean. Removing it with kitchen paper won’t be enough!


Do not use olive oil for frying. Olive oil is delicious in salads and pasta, but for baking it is definitely not suited! With temperatures of 120 degrees Celsius or higher, harmful chemicals are released. Sunflower oil, coconut oil or good old butter are better alternatives.
