**Vergrendeling**  

Dit mes is uitgevoerd met vergendeling op het lemmet (type back-lock). Deze vergrendeling waarborgt de veiligheid en maakt bovendien een zware veer in het mes overbodig. Hierdoor opent en sluit het mes licht.  
  

**Standaard met veel opties**  

De messen uit de One Single Hand serie van Fontenille Pataud lijken in eerste instantie duurder dan de messen van andere fabrikanten, maar u krijgt meteen de opties waarvoor u bij andere merken extra moet betalen:

Met de hand gemaakt maakt de prijs duurder dan dat je denkt dat het mes waard is. Dit is echt alleen een mes voor de liefhebbers en verzamelaars. Maar ik ben er blij mee.

Ein sehr schönes Messer. Sehr empfehlenswert für unterwegs. Sehr scharf und gutes handling.

Mooi mes, materialen en vorm zijn prachtig. Door het graveren in een bijpassende lettertype is het geheel nog beter geworden. Kato zorgde, door persoonlijke inzet bij deze levering, er voor dat ik een enorm tevreden klant ben waar ik vaker iets ga bestellen.

Ik had al een paar "traditionele" Laguiole messen.Ik wilde deze variatie eens proberen. Eenhandig openen vereist enige oefening. De vergrendeling werkt prima. Prachtig degelijk mes. Ik vrees dat dit niet mijn laatste Laguiole is.
