Although VAT is always calculated when you put items in your basket, it is not always calculated when you proceed to payment, depending on the rules below:Customers outside the European Union never have to pay VAT to us. However, it is possible that VAT or Import Duties are charged by the local authorities on delivery. Customers in the Netherlands always have to pay 19% VAT. Private customers inside the European Unions always have to pay 19% VAT. Companies inside the European Union, except Dutch companies, do not have to pay VAT if they provide us with their VAT-number and a certificate of the chambers of commerce that is not older then 1 year. We will then create an account for them which enables them to order goods without having to pay VAT. back to top 2) How much are the shipping costs?The shipping costs are depending on the total weight of the goods, the kind of shipping you choose and the country that the goods are shipped to. The shipping costs (as all other costs) are always calculated before an order is confirmed and paid. However, on delivery import duties will be charged. The number of days listed there is always an indication of how long the shipping would take. In some cases it takes a few days less, in others it takes a few days longer.
