Shipping costs are automaticaly calculated when you add products to the shopping cart, so you always know what you have to pay before you decide to place your order.

The shipping costs that we charge to you are depending on the weight of your order, the selected service, the destination and the order amount. In general, when you order more products, the shipping costs will be lower.

Time of shipping
In the table below you find information regarding the availablilty and time of shipping of your order.
Products that we have in stock are shipped within 0 - 1 bussiness day, guaranteed. In other words, the day you place the order or the next bussiness day. On some other products we offer the same guarantee. Please read the text at the bottom of this page for more information!

Fast delivery, fair prices
Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.
To keep prices low, many Internet shops do not keep stock, and you will not know when your order is shipped. We do keep many products in stock, but not all. The number of products in our assortment is much larger than in any regular shop, and therefore we cannot keep all items in stock.
We do however guarantee fast shipping, on many products, and advice you on expected shipping times on other products.

Guaranteed and expected shipping time of your order
With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions

The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.

The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.

If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.

If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.

The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.

When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.

If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

Mooie Machete! Alleen wel twee/drie "nadelen". Het mes wordt niet zo heel erg scherp geleverd, maar dat is natuurlijk makkelijk op te lossen door het mes zelf te slijpen :). De sticker van de fabriek is lastig te verwijderen en dat geldt ook voor de plakresten (na verwijdering van de sticker). Het laatste "nadeel": het handvat is van plastic en ligt niet zo heel erg lekker in de hand, zeker wanneer het mes voor een langere tijd wordt vastgehouden, maar het wendt wel.. Ik vind het verder een mooi mes voor een mooie prijs! Zeker nadat het mes is geslepen. En natuurlijk de snelle en goede service van deze webwinkel is erg fijn!!

Het mes is van erg sterk staal, kan veel hebben en blijft goed scherp. Het enige nadeel daarintegen is dat U het zelf moet slijpen aangezien dat vanuit de fabriek niet voldoende gebeurd. Maar voor de prijs heeft u n degelijk en goed mes.

zwaar goeie machete. ik heb er laatst een koeie bot zonder moeite mee doorgehakt (zonder beschadiging aan het mes). Enig nadeel is dat het wat ruw is afgewerkt.

Het mes opzich is best mooi. Jammer alleen dat hij niet mooi is geslepen. Als ik hem opnieuw wil laten slijpen gaat de zwarte kleur eraf. En helemaal niet oke dat er een grote sticker op het lemmet zat, waarvan je de lijm er met pijn en moeite eraf moest boenen.
