Shipping costs are automaticaly calculated when you add products to the shopping cart, so you always know what you have to pay before you decide to place your order.

Products that we have in stock are shipped within 0 - 1 bussiness day, guaranteed. In other words, the day you place the order or the next bussiness day. On some other products we offer the same guarantee. Please read the text at the bottom of this page for more information!

Fast delivery, fair prices
Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.
To keep prices low, many Internet shops do not keep stock, and you will not know when your order is shipped. We do keep many products in stock, but not all. The number of products in our assortment is much larger than in any regular shop, and therefore we cannot keep all items in stock.
We do however guarantee fast shipping, on many products, and advice you on expected shipping times on other products.

Guaranteed and expected shipping time of your order
With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions

The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.

The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.

If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.

If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.

The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.

When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.

If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

Dit is mijn tweede review, ik was enorm tevreden, ben ik nog, maar als de batterij leeg is gaat hij abrupt uit ! zonder zelfs maar iets te verzwakken.Perfect gebruik van de batterij maar zorg wel altijd voor een reservebatterij in je zak !

Betere keus dan de P1D Even groot maar beter product. Kopen dus. Echt top. Twijfel om dagelijks mee te nemen tussen de '2 en de 3'

Perfect lampje, enorm fel voor het formaat. De bediening lijkt complex maar die heb je meteen door. Ook nog snel geleverd, niet goedkoop maar dan heb je ook wat..

super, zo'n kleine zaklamp met de zelfde lichtopbrengst als zo'n lompe maglite waarvan de accu al na 2 a 3 maanden niet meer voldoet. 'n zaklamp moet in je zak passen anders neem je hem niet mee dus de FENIX P2D-CE

Bij het openmaken werd ik aangenaam verrast door de duidelijke Nederlandse handleiding. Tevens positief zijn de reserve o-ringen en tailcaprubber die zijn bijgeleverd. Het lampje is meegegaan op menig veldtocht en bivak. Het is licht en compact en heeft maar één cr123a batterij nodig. Ben zeer tevreden over de grootte lichtopbrengst. Ongelovige collega’s hebben al eens direct in de lamp gekeken en zagen een paar minuten vlekjes voor de ogen, zo fel schijnt het lampje op turbostand. De verschillende lichtstanden zijn eenvoudig in te stellen, waarbij de geheugenfunctie zeer handig is. De batterij gaat lang mee, zelfs op turbostand, wat ik geregeld gebruik. Het enige nadeel is dat het draagkoord snel kapot ging bij de lus door het lampje. Deze heb ik bij mij vervangen door een draagkoord met metalen oog. Zo kan ik tenminste de fenix niet verliezen. Fenix maakt waar wat ze zeggen in hun reclame en ik ben daar zeer tevreden over. Voor het geld krijg je een fantastisch klein en praktisch lampje. Hoop alleen dat er nog een pressure-switch komt.
