Wabocho "Yanagiba" knife Non StainlessThe Quintessence of Japanese knives and their legendary sharpness.
Designed for finely filleting fish but with shorter blade lengths also very suitable for filleting tender meat.
The slim shape of the blae is reminiscent of willow or iris leaves. Willow is called "Yanagi" in Japanese.
The designation "Sushi knife" often used in Germany does not correspond to the origina Japanese name but has become firmly established.
We supply Yanagiba in blade lengths ranging from 105mm to 300mm

We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.
