Whenever you buy anything on the Internet, you want to get it as cheap as possible and you want to receive it as soon as possible.

With every product on our website, we either list the guaranteed time to ship or the expected time to ship, which depends on our own stock position and the delivery time of our supplier.
We cannot guarantee the time it takes for your order to arrive after we shipped it. We give an indication for all shipping services, but we do not guarantee these transit times.

Our time to ship guarantee
When we give you a guaranteed time to ship, and we do not ship your order by that time, you’ll receive 30% of the order amount as a rebate on future orders.

Terms and conditions
  • The guarantee only applies to orders that are placed using our website.
  • The guaranteed time to ship, is the time that is shown at the moment that you confirm your order. In some cases this time may me different than the time shown on our website earlier; for instance when we stock two items and you order three.
  • If there are any open issues regarding your order, the given time to ship will start at the time all issues are solved.
  • If you want to make use of our etching service, you should add one business day to the given time.
  • The rebate that we give when your order does not ship within the guaranteed time can only be used for future orders.
  • When you return one or more items or cancel your order, the rebate on future orders that is eventually given, will be voided. If it has already been used, we will deduct it from the refund.
  • If we do not ship in time, you must claim the rebate within 30 days.

    Ik had dit mes gekocht omdat mijn vorige victorinox mes zijn beste dagen toch wel had gezien. Dit mes bevalt tot nu toe best goed. Hij is lekker scherp en ligt goed in de hand. De vergrendeling werkt ook goed, maar mijn vorige had zo'n linerlock en daar had ik gevoelsmatig toch wat meer vertrouwen in. Ik ben tot nu toe erg tevreden over het mes. Een broekzak vol zwitserse kwaliteit.

    Ik vind het echt een topmes! Hier een klein lijst met de voordelen
    - Hij ligt super in de hand.
    - Voelt stevig aan. Is het ook.
    - De zaag en schaar werken uitstekend.
    - Hij blijft goed scherp, en is daarna ook goed scherp te houden. Zelfs voor een amateur als ik.
    - De lock is ook ideaal. Dus heb geen angst dat hij dubbel klapt.
    - Het is echt de ideale multi-tool voor outdoor activiteiten.

    Nu de nadelen:
    Hij is iets te groot voor je broekzak. Dus als je een multi-tool zoekt die je altijd bij je kan hebben is een kleinere versie handiger.

    Hoop mensen hiermee voldoende te hebben geinformeerd.
