Bought this as a less expensive alternative to the Henckels Pro S set I had bought earlier and I wanted to see what this range was like. Handles well, good weight, looks expensive but was not quite as sharp out of the box as the Henckels, however, the other two knives I bought from this range were razor sharp when they arrived so this was probably a one off. A few strokes with a ceramic steel confirmed that this knife blade is seriously hard and it didn't take much to make it start cutting effortlessly, so a very good buy.
