Couteau pas droit. Lame légèrement courbée rendant plus difficile l'aiguisage. Le tranchant rasoir ne reste pas très longtemps. Se raye facilement. Attention si vous utilisez un support de lame magnétique. En dehors de cela, beau design. Manche ergonomique et confortable. Joli dessin du damast.

Best knife you can buy for the money, bought a Yaxell Mon chef knife and a Dahlstrong Santoku at more than double the price of this knife .... and the Eden knife is the sharpest of all 3 knives ... it is so sharp it shaved the hairs off my arm
