The Fenix HP05 headlamp is a compact headlamp with many of the properties of the larger head lamps. An aluminum chassis provides strength and good heat dissipation. The separate batteryholder keeps the weight of the torch low. This battery holder is equipped with a quick release. This means you can very quickly at any time remove the battery holder to replace the common AA batteries, without even looking.  
  


The operation of the tilting head lamp is done with 2 switches on the lamp head. You can choose from 4 light modes and a SOS mode. In addition, there is also a small red LED on the torch, that gives a little light without interfering with your night vision. The white LED gives a wide beam with an angle of 80 degrees, which means a lot of overview. However, the range of the beam is still 122 meters.

* The indication of the light intensity is according to the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards. This means that the values may be lower than former values . Naturally, this lower value has no consequence for the light intensity of the torch. The advantage of the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards is that the values can be compared with each other and give a real picture of the actual light intenstiy.

4 positions d'éclairage bien distinctes, lumière rouge et SOS facile à utiliser. Léger, se porte aussi bien tête nue que couverte, réglage rapide des sangles. C'est puissant quand c'est à fond, attention les yeux.

De hoofdlamp nu in gebruik bij de opvang van bootvluchtelingen in Lesbos. Heel veel plezier van en goed instelbaar. Ook de brandduur valt enorm mee. Een aanrader!

Zit prima op m'n kop bij werkzaamheden in totale duisternis, dat je de lamp op je hoofd naar voren kunt kiepen is perfect vooral als je een multifocale bril draagt handig. gelukkig kun je de lamp in 4 stand schakelen / laten branden want hij geeft op korte afstand zelfs een beetje te veel licht.

Een enorme bak licht, zelfs op versleten NiMH-penlights (het lichtniveau wordt met een schakeling op peil gehouden). Perfect gevormde kern-lichtvlek met een brede (veel zwakkere ring) eromheen. Het rode ledje is fijn om anderen (en je eigen ogen) niet te verstoren. Ik moet nog wel wennen aan het gewicht aan mijn hoofd (ik ben Petzl gewend).

had nog niet zo lang geleden de fenix hl 30 besteld- maar na de tweede keer gebruiken rolde die na een zware valpartij met de fiets het water van het kanaal in- was losgekomen wellicht omdat ik een muts ophad  en de hoofdband wellicht nog te nieuw was en nog niet te perfect door mij afgesteld-- heb nu xp-g aangeschaft omdat de batterijduur nog langer is en omdat het verwisselen ervan veel handiger is- was een probleem bij de hl 30- voor de rest- steengoede hoofdlampen bij fenix- de service en correctheid en aanpak van knives en tools staat torenhoog aangeschreven bij mij- wel vraag ik mij af wanneer mijn review over het aangekochte mes kershaw halfton zal gepubliceerd worden-
