This Sharpener is designed for sharpening serrated knives.


This conical sharpening steel is easy to carry because the handle folds around the sharpener. It is nice and compact while the sharpening surface is well protected when you are not using it. The handle is ergonomically shaped and fits comfortably in your hand. The back of the handle fits nicely together when the handles touch. This makes the handle very solid and it does not feel like two separate parts. This seems like a small detail, but increases the sharpening comfort enormously.  
  

 
The sharpening steel has a fine grit and is very capable of maintaining the blade of your serrated knife. Besides regular knives it can also be used for example fish hooks, gut hooks and other tools.

Utilisé sur mon couteau à pain qui à retrouvé un bon tranchant.

Das Brotmesser mit Wellenschliff ist nachgeschärft

Le grain abrasif a très vite disparu après l'avoir utilisé trois fois sur des tranchants déjà pré-affûtés , l'outil est maintenant inutile , je suis très déçu de la qualité et du prix auquel est vendu cet objet . J'ajoute que le manche ne peut pas se vérouiller lorsqu'il est replié sur la tige abrasive , l'ensemble est très mauvais et je regrette de l'avoir acheté !...
