The **Civivi Odium C2010** is a compact and light-weight pocket knife, designed by the Williamson brothers from Ferrum Forge. A practical pocket knife to carry with you on a daily basis for many different tasks. Because of its compact size it looks modest and friendly.

You quickly open this knife with the flipper or the royal thumb hole. When opened the blade is locked by a solid liner lock. This keeps your fingers safe while you use the knife.

## Micarta handle

The handle is comprised of steel liners with micarta scales. Micarta is a superb composite material made from linen and synthetic resin. It looks amazing and offers enough grip.

## D2 steel blade

The blade is made from D2 steel. This is a tough tool steel that retains its sharpness well. It's also easy to sharpen, which is handy if you use the knife often. Do, however, be careful with rust: D2 is not completely stainless. Always clean the knife after use, especially when it has come into contact with (fruit) acids, salt or moisture.

This is my second odium. I bought first one 5 years ago and I use it every day. Ergos are very good for such a small knife. Pocket clip makes it very easy to carry - sits deep enough to be easy reachable but out od sight 
D2 steel - in my experience is very good for edc tasks. I sharpaned it every month or so because it strops back easy. Realy, realy good knife.

It is a good knife, very good quality for this money and for the fact that whatever you find in stock right now, it's the last of it's kind. 
It's not perfect, for example the cheaper Mini Praxis is way more comfortable in hand but a bit longer. 
Because it has that slight tip where the clip is, it's not very conceilable which for me is a down side. Even though it is a small knife you always have that tip sticking out of your pocket.
It has a great snap when folded and unfolded.
Overall I would buy it again, it's a great knife.
