**Dishwasher safe?**  

Eden Quality VG10 knives are as dishwasher safe as all the other kitchen knives. 
An Incidental dishwasher wash-up isn’t harmful, but frequent influence of dishwasher chemicals can damage hardened steel and plastics. This can result in rust spots on the blade and an affected handle. Also, the handles may become loose.  

Therefore we don’t claim that our knives are dishwasher safe! Fortunately we are not the only ones. But there are brands who claim it because of the marketing advantages.

Relativ schwer (kann man mögen, kann man nicht mögen), Verarbeitung gut, Werksschliff ziemlich grob, habe ich erstmal verfeinert (ging wunderbar, Stahl also scheinbar vollkommen i.o.), Preis-Leistung überragend!

Kein großer Name, aber made in Japan aus VG10-Stahl - und das zu diesem Preis. Absolut empfehlenswert, Werde mir weitere Messer aus dieser Serie kaufen.

Snelle verzending, prima kwaliteit, er zaten enkel wat defecten op het handvat in de vorm van krasjes en een pitje op de bolster, het betrof dus een geretourneerd item, ik ga er niet verder op in omdat het professioneel is opgelost door Stef van K&T. Het mesje is niet vlijmscherp uit de box, maar na het op de Lansky te hebben bijgeslepen in gewenste hoek was het al scherper en de strop maakt het scheermesscherp, de kwaliteit is goed te noemen van dit staal, dit kan ik backuppen omdat ik al meerdere messen van deze VG10 (kern) lijn in bezit heb en die ook behoorlijk aan verschillende testen onderworpen heb en redelijk tot goed stand hielden. In deze prijsklasse is de Eden VG10 range een ware topper.
