For five pounds this knife is unbelievable value for money. Stylish and legal without coming across as comical, perfectly functional and dare I say French with its eloquent styling. That notch in the blade complements the smoothness of the design so well, while also serving as a functional grip to unfold the piece. It truly is perfection, in my humble opinion.

Lovely practical knife. Holds a good edge and easy to sharpen. I love the natural handle and the overall look of this knife. Blade gets a little stiff in high humidity, but that is no bad thing for a knife with no lock.

Ideal for slicing my fruit at work. Razor sharp and it’s quality steel, so I hope it won’t dull easily. Would like it to have been a bit bigger but the next size up is a locker I think.
