The **SENCUT Scepter** is a simple pocket knife from Sencut. You open the blade via the flipper or the relatively large thumb hole. This action is super smooth thanks to the ball bearings. When opened, the blade is locked in place by a sturdy stainless steel frame lock. You can easily carry the Scepter with the pocket clip, which can be worn either left or right.

## 9Cr18MoV blade

The blade is made from 9Cr18MoV, which is quite a mouthful! It's a stainless steel from China that is roughly equivalent to 440B steel. All you need to know is that it has great sharpness retention and it's easy to sharpen.

## Micarta handle

The handle is made from micarta. This is a composite material made from linen and synthetic resin that provides plenty of grip. Micarta absorbs the oils from your hand, so each knife will become truly unique over time.

Excellent couteau de poche, agréable au toucher, fil bien affûter, un couteau de qualité c'est certain, il est livré dans une belle pochette intérieur velours et fermeture éclair, un autocollant et un chiffon.

Wat is dit mes mooi in balans. Lekkere action, fijn gewicht, niet te groot (slagje subtieler dan een Civivi Elementum) 

Is het mes perfect? Nee. De liner locks van alle messen uit de Civivi schuur waar ook deze Scepter vandaan komt geeft net te veel tegendruk. Het groen is niet groen genoeg, dat doet zijn grote broer de Crowley echt beter en de flipper had net wat verder naar buiten mogen komen wat bijvoorbeeld een Civivi elementum weer goed doet.

Maar wat krijg je onwijs veel mes voor zo'n 35 euro. Een absulute keeper. 

Ce couteau est plus petit que je pensais : une main moyenne se fermera tout juste dessus. La fabrication est irréprochable : tout est parfaitement ajusté, chanfreiné. L'ouverture est facile avec le thumb stud ou le flipper. J'appréhendais un peu que la taille du clip ceinture soit gênante mais pas du tout.  Le micarta sur le mien tire plus sur le gris que le vert, ce qui est encore mieux. Petit point : l'ergot du liner lock pour le déverrouiller aurait pu faire un mm de plus car il faut bien appuyer, mais rien de méchant. Je suis donc très satisfait de ce couteau, qui à 31€ est une très bonne affaire !

Really smooth action! Even me, who is very bad with thumb studs, can easily thumb flick it, it runs perfectly smooth from the first day. 
Very lightweight, nicely finished, you don't even notice it in your pocket. It is perfect for the small everyday tasks in the house, from using it as a letter opener to the occasional cutting of cardboard, it does it all.

Discret et de taille parfaite pour l'avoir sur soi tout au long de la journée, dans la poche .
J'avais acheté le San Angelo que je trouve superbe, mais il s'est avéré trop grand pour mon usage, et je l'ai retourné. Ce Scepter me convient parfaitement, même si l'originalité n'est pas au rdv.
