Just like Ardennes Coticules themselves, the slurry stones are available in Standard and Selected variants. The Coticule has a yellow and white colour with sometimes a red and green shine to it. The "Selected" is a completely flat stone while "Standard" can have some little imperfections or natural discolourations. This has no effect on the sharpening properties.
Because of the size and shape are these stones also very suitable for grinding chisels and gouges for example.
Coticule sharpening stones are all-natural products. Because of this the slurry stones are not all equal by shape and size, which makes each stone unique. These stones have a surface of roughly 12 to 18 cm².

Intended for sharpening kitchen knives. Too expensive and not fit for purpose. Waste of money
As described in the product text, this item is to be used to create slurry on a full size Coticule. It is not really meant for sharpening kitchen knives as a stand alone option. As also described in this infotopic that is linked in the product description: https://www.knivesandtools.co.uk/en/ct/sharpening-with-a-coticule-whetstone.htm
