## Due Cigni 1896 Sciabola Del Sommelier blade

The blade is made from stainless T5MoV steel. A type of steel that is not prone to rust or end up with ugly spots. We do recommend properly drying the sabre after use. The blade is not sharp. This is a lot safer, but it also ensures that the blade can handle the many collisions with hard bottlenecks.

## Due Cigni 1896 Sciabola Del Sommelier handle

The handle is made from artificial leather. The artificial leather is wrapped in black thread providing you with enough grip, even if your hand is wet. The graceful hand guard is made from steel. It will not only protect your hand, it will also ensure that the sabre is nice and heavy and balanced. The end of the handle is enhanced with a graceful, black tassel.

Due Cigni (two swans) is a traditional, Italian knife manufacturer that has been producing top-quality kitchen knives, (pruning)scissors and saws for over hundred years. All products are produced in the Italian knife capital of Maniago. Some years ago the brand was bought by Fox Cutlery, also located in Maniago. They continued the Due Cigni tradition of producing fine, top-quality kitchen knives.
