This model is the evolution of the Fulcrum Folder (out of production since 2005), the first folding knife produced by Extrema Ratio according to the specifics of an Italian anti-terrorism unit. Length blade: 9,5 cm. N690 steel (58HRC). Back lock. Drop blade.

The **Extrema Ratio Fulcrum II D Testudo** is a tough, robust pocket knife. Few pocket knives are built to be as strong as this Extrema Ratio. And it isn't just any design. Extrema Ratio built this knife specifically at the request of an Italian anti-terrorism unit. Their requirements were that the blade had to be extremely robust and also suitable for prying. The knife also needed a super safe locking mechanism and good hardness. The result is this Extrema Ratio Fulcrum.

The handle is made from anticorodal, a special aluminium alloy that is highly corrosion-resistant. The blade is made from N690 steel. This steel is tough, corrosion-resistant, and retains its sharpness well. The blade thickness of 5.8 mm makes sense when you consider the Italians' wish to be able to pry with this knife. The back lock is still one of the strongest options on the market. You quickly open the blade one-handed with the thumb stud. You can use the included Allen keys to remove the thumb stud if preferred, so the knife becomes a two-handed opener.

Niet het meest bruikbare mes dat ik heb maar zeker een van de gaafste! Kwaliteit is dik in orde. Stevige lock met lekkere klak.

Voor dit geld zijn er vele messen die rationeel gezien een betere keuze zijn maar er zijn er maar weinig waar ik zo blij van word.

 rastet sehr sauber und massief.Klinge steht spielfrei und
 mittig.Trotz 6 mm Klingendicke lässt sich gut damit schneiden
 uns schnitzen.
 Einziges Manko: Der Klipp ist zu straff.
 Die Lieferung erfolgte gewohnt schnell.
