2800 lumens make the Fenix LD60 a real power house. Still, you can call the size quite modest. Also, the torch features some smart functions. When powered by 6 CR123a batteries, or 3 18650 batteries, the torch reaches the maximum light output of all three LED's. This is because each of the three LED's uses one of the 18650 batteries or 2 of the CR123a batteries. If, for any reason, only one 18650 battery is available, the torch can still function on one LED.  
  


The switch also has a very smart design. When the torch is turned on and you switch to strobe mode, you can go back to the previous light mode when pressing the switch only once. When the torch is turned off, you can directly switch to strobe mode by pressing and holding the switch. As soon as you release the switch, the strobe will be switched off.

* The indication of the light intensity is according to the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards. This means that the values may be lower than former values . Naturally, this lower value has no consequence for the light intensity of the torch. The advantage of the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards is that the values can be compared with each other and give a real picture of the actual light intenstiy.

Die Taschenlampe ist der Hammer;hochwertig verarbeitet,super hell und preislich nicht zu toppen.

Mijn oude zaklamp, de Fenix TK35 was aan vervanging toe, en was al een tijdje aan het wachten op de Fenix LD60.

Man man wat een bak licht komt hier vanaf zeg, zeker in combinatie met het formaat !

De zaklamp voelt erg fijn en solide aan en is met 3x 18650 batterijen niet ongemakkelijk zwaar. 

De hotspot is een stuk breder dan me ouwe TK35 en het is daarom ook fijn dat de LD60 een stuk meer lumen heeft om zo de bredere spot ook ver te laten schijnen, samen met de spil, die ook erg vel is zet je een best groot gebied in de verlichting. 

Al met al geen spijt van deze aankoop, en zal hier nog lang plezier van hebben tijdens me werk !!

Mooie compacte lamp met veel licht. Doordat het handvat niet zo lang is zoals bij vele andere lampen en ook de ledlensers waar ik eigenlijk iets meer fan van ben kan deze lamp nog in je jaszak of kleine tas.
Lichtopbrengst ook erg goed maar deze heb ik niet vergeleken met een andere lamp welke ook 2800 lumen heeft. De duur van de batterijen nog niet inzichtelijk. Wel al zeker 2 uur op de hoogste stand gebruikt.


Het is een indrukkend zaklamp die ontzettend veel licht geeft.
Compact en oersterk. Het is wel prijzig voor zo'n klein zaklamp. De 3 LEDs geven een oase van licht in de duisternis.
Service van Knivesandtools is uitmuntend. 
Na een dag geprobeerd te hebben ben ik zeer tevrede over de kwaliteit.... als ik de prijs gaat zakken, koop ik hem zeker.....
