Een prachtig en stevig 'werkmes'; echt veel forser dan wat je van Laguiole 'gewend' bent. Zeer degelijke constructie en vergrendeling. De guilloché bewerking is echt schitterend!
De ruwe buffelhoorn geeft het mes grip en een specifiek karakter. Tip; verzorg de riemholster met een goede lederolie of ledercrême; de holster vormt zich na enige dagen perfect en het mes zit als gegoten. 

Heel mooi mes. Het ruw buffelhoorn is wel even wennen, heel anders dan het buffelhoorn van het Laguiole 12 cm mes. Het geeft het mes wel een heel karakteristiek en rustiek uiterlijk en maakt ieder mes uniek. De riemholster is wat aan de krappe kant, door het gebruik zal zich deze nog wel zetten.
