The **Gerber Ding-Dong** is a multi-functional breaching tool for soldiers and first-responders. The name says it all: the Ding-Dong is specifically made for those moments when ringing the door bell is no longer an option.

With the Gerber Ding-Dong no door will remain closed. The steel hammer head of the Ding-Dong functions as both as a sledgehammer and a battering ram. The head is enhanced with deep grooves to make sure the sledgehammer and battering ram do not slip from the surface being hammered or driven into. The steel crowbar at the end of the handle is perfect when breaking open a door or window frame.

All three tools are comfortable to use thanks to the FRP handle: fiberglass reinforced plastic. The handle is enhanced with ridges and two solid rings. These rings function as an additional precaution to make sure your hands don't slide over the handle during use. The Ding-Dong can be held in many different ways. The two outer parts of the handle are great when you use the Ding-Dong as a sledgehammer or crowbar. The inside part with the ridges and the part at the crowbar are perfect when you use the Ding-Dong as a hammer.

The Gerber Ding-Dong comes with a unique fibreglass mounting system. Gerber has left enough space on the plate to make sure it can also be mounted on a car door or wall. The back of the plate is enhanced with a MOLLE compatible system. With it you can easily secure the Ding-Dong on a backpack. The Gerber Ding-Dong is kept in place with a rubber strap.
