The **Klean Kanteen Classic Wide Stainless steel** is the perfect drinking bottle to take with you during a hike, while exercising or simply for daily use. It comes with a leak proof cap made from polypropylene (pp#5), does not contain any toxic substances and is BPA free. With this cap you can easily close the bottle and with the practical loop you can hang it from your bag. Both the cap and the bottle are dishwasher proof.

 The main advantage of this bottle is the extra-large opening of at least 5 cm. Perfect to quickly fill and clean the bottle. In addition, it also makes the bottle perfect for water filters or ice cubes.

 The bottle is made from 18/8 stainless steel. This means 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Stainless steel is sustainable, safe and doesn't leave behind any particles. As such you won't be bothered by unwanted flavours and it makes the bottle completely BPA free. This enables you to fill the bottle with a different beverage time and time again without being bothered by other flavours. Water, juice, lemonade or yoghurt; it is all possible.

Achetée dans une optique de bivouac, je compte utiliser cette bouteille pour  y faire bouillir de l'eau (quand bien même ce n'est pas recommandé par certains, cela demeure de l'acier inox de bonne qualité qui ne devrait pas trop en pâtir).
Je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de tester ce point précis, mais j'ai déjà testé en attendant sur plaque vitrocéramique et cela fonctionne parfaitement.
La contenance de 2l est impressionnante, ce qui donne une bouteille peu mobile (à enfouir dans le sac et non attachée à l'extérieur de celui-çi).
Le bouchon est super large et a une surface interne en inox, comme le reste de la bouteille ; super pour le côté "sain et sans produits controversés".
Superbe qualité!

Économie d'eau oblige... je mets dans la gourde l'eau froide qui coule avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude !
