Setze die Pfanne auf einem Gasherd ein, geht super. 

Super qualité !
J'avais peur que 32 cm de diamètre soit un peu grand mais en fait c'est parfait. 
Je l'ai culottée avec de l'huile en la faisant chauffer sur induction. 
J'ai réalisé des crêpes et ça fonctionne vraiment bien. Idem pour les pizzas au four ! 

Un produit d'excellente qualité répondant à mes attentes. 
Je dois dire que je ne suis pas un amateur, mes attentes étaient fortes sur le produit, qui plus est le plus onéreux du marché. 
Après avoir procédé à un culottage en bonne et due forme (sur feu de bois au barbecue, je le conseille pour ceux qui comme moi ne souhaitent pas que les dégagement de fumée empeste la maison) j'ai procédé à des crêpes puis des galettes, des pizzas et enfin ce week end des naans.

Je dois avouer que même si je trouvais le prix qq peu prohibitif, le rendu est exceptionnel. La fonte intégrale me permet de réaliser les galettes au rendu pro et surtout de réaliser des pizzas au four et dans mon barbecue (il se referme). Le rendu  de la pâte est indéniablement sans pareil. Elle est cuite de manière homogène, incomprable avec avant.

Très bonne crêpière.
Les crêpes n’adhèrent plus après un bon culottage.
