The Maxpedition Entity 21 is a great backpack for everyday use. The right size and the perfect features for a bag you carry with you when and wherever. Its capacity of 21 litres is for many people enough for daily commutes. Or if you are planning to spend a night at a friends you have enough room for your personal belongings.
The Maxpedition Entity 21 has one large compartment, two closed off side compartments, two side pockets and a hidden back pocket. The main compartment can be closed off with a solid zipper. On the inside you will find a great division with pockets on four sides. On the inside of the front flap you will find a flat surface enhanced with Velcro to which you can attach a Hook & Loop attachment to your liking (individually sold).
When you open the front flap it is kept open by the drawbridge system. As such nothing will fall out, and no one will be able to look inside, but you will have access to your belongings. You can also easily loosen the straps and put them in the specially added compartments. On the sides of the back panel you will find two zippers that hide a secret compartment. The inside of this compartment has also been enhanced with Velcro to make sure you can attach different Hook & Loop Attachments (sold separately).
The main compartment has a large slot without closure you can use to store a tablet or small laptop (max 13”). When you open the main compartment and want to close it quickly, without immediately closing the zipper you can use the built-in magnetic closure. With it the front flap is kept in place for a while.
On top of each of the shoulder straps you will find two barely visible loops. These are the Molle compatible loops you can use to attach a pouch, sheath or other MOLLE compatible item.
Maxpedition Entity materials
The outside of the bag is made from charcoal grey 500D Kdra Nylon. It looks incredibly chic and feels like top-quality material. To give dirt and moisture no chance the bag has been impregnated with a polyurethane coating. Of course the zippers are made from YKK. For the shoulder straps Maxpedition has chosen straps that are also used to make seat belts for cars. Incredibly strong and sustainable.
Maxpedition Entity: Non-Tactical/Tactical bags
The Maxpedition Entity collection is designed with the idea that these bags should work like any other tactical Maxpedition bag. On the outside the Entity collection bags look like beautiful, top-quality backpacks, but without the tactical character. Ideal for anyone who is a fan of the almost unparalleled quality and ingenuity of Maxpedition, but would rather not wear the tactical look.
