I have had this knife for about three months now and I must say I am very pleased with it. I have been using what many may say are very good knives for some years now and I suppose they are. However this knife is in a completely different league. It cuts much better and stays sharp much longer. If there is a downside it would be that you will require a very good sharpening stone and and a bit of patience to bring it back to it's original condition. It will be worth it however.Hope this helps with your decision.
