The Petzl NAO headtorchis ultra-powerful and rechargeable. A special feature of this headtorch is that it is programmable thanks to the built-in Bluetooth. You can easily connect your smartphone or tablet to the headlight by means of the MyPetzl Light app. In this app you can immediately see how much burning time the lamp still has. You can also simply adjust the brightness and burning time of the lamp. In addition, four additional profiles are available in the app for different activities: trail running, mountaineering, trekking and backpacking. However, you can also create your own personalized profile.
Reactive Lightning Technology
But that's not all. The Petzl NAO contains a sensor that measures the light conditions. The lamp then adjusts the light to this. So that you always have the right light for the situation available. Is it getting darker? Then the lamp turns up a notch to be of good service to you. This mode is called Reactive Lighting Technology. Here you can still choose between optimal lamp autonomy or optimal maximum light output. You can also choose a constant lighting mode in which you have all control.
But that's not all. The Petzl NAO also has multi-beam lighting. This gives you a wide beam for near and a narrower beam for far. There is also red light for special night vision. Finally, you don't have to worry that the head torch will switch on during transport or storage. With the lock function you can block this very easily.
The NAO is IPx4 waterproof and therefore resistant to wet weather conditions. This doesn't mean you can use it underwater. But the lamp continues to function perfectly during rain or snow or an hour of sweating.
