MPLS is short for Modular Personal Lighting System. This small torch can be used very flexibly. And it is literally flexible, too, because the LED is mounted at the end of a flexible gooseneck. So it can be aimed at exactly the right place. A large, soft-touch button turns the LED on or off. You can also select the high or low setting with this button.
