## Tramontina Churrasco carving fork

The first thing you'll notice about the Tramontina Churrasco barbecue accessories is the very long handle. This handle is extra long so that you can stand as far as possible from the heat source (the barbecue) when using the accessories. The handle is made from Brazilian hardwood and Brazilian cherry wood. This ensures that the handle stays cool to the touch and you don't get burned. The FSC wood also gives the carving fork a nice rustic look. Despite the length, the handle is very comfortable to hold.

## Maintaining the Tramontina Churrasco carving fork

This carving fork need to be cleaned by hand. You can use a mild detergent. Before you store the fork, it is important to dry it thoroughly. This prevents damage to the wood.
