With a Work Sharp system, you can sharpen pretty much anything.

This **Work Sharp Blade Grinding Attachment sharpening belt set X16 medium** is a set with three sharpening belts for the Work Sharp Ken Onion Blade Grinding Attachment  Mk1 & Mk2. These solid sharpening belts are, with a medium grain size, perfect as medium step in the sharpening process, or to make sure your knives stay work sharp. This sharpening belt corresponds with a J700 grit Japanese sharpening stone. 


These ceramic sharpening belts are enhanced with a layer of NORaX Aluminium Oxide. This is a slightly less aggressive material than silicon carbide to make sure the sharpening belts will last even longer. Because of the stiff cotton back the sharpening belts are very solid. The result is a sleeker sharpening surface and a more even sharpening result. Perfect for straight blades.


The life of the belts depends on the intensity of use and the strength of the steel that needs to be sharpened. Our experience has taught us that one sharpening belt, if used correctly, will last a couple months. If you will use the belt on a daily basis it will wear out sooner. The belts, however, will last longer than you might expect!
