I brought them for my Partner for his birthday, Over the moon, so light and they bend. Reason i brought them, he was reading Gordon Ramsey book and he recommended this make of Knives. When he first used them, which was last week. He said it was like cutting butter!!. I'm going to buy the Steak knife.
