This **Wüsthof Gourmet knife block** is a stunning, functional knife block made from beech wood. The light colour and the sleek design make the knife block look sleek and neutral. This knife block will look amazing in any kitchen!

 With the Gourmet kitchen knives Wüsthof introduced a collection with an amazing price-quality ratio. Of course, the quality is in keeping with the high level of Wüsthof. The blade of the knives is cut with a laser from one piece of steel (chrome-molybdenum-vanadium). The polypropylene handles are attached to the blade with sturdy rivets. The blade has a half-tang construction. The result is that the knife looks a lot like the knives from the Wüsthof Classic collection. However, because of the production method used these knives are a lot more affordable. The weight is also slightly lower, which is also great when you use them. The Gourmet collection is extensive to make sure you can comprise your own perfect set.

 The chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel retains its sharpness for a long time and can easily be sharpened. Even though these knives are dishwasher proof we recommend you wash them by hand.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
