The **Gerber Bear Grylls Folding Sheath Knife** is a large pocket knife, designed in cooperation with Bear Grylls. Whether you like to work in the garden or prefer to camp in the woods: this pocket knife is indispensable. This outdoor knife was designed keeping this purpose in mind. It can be opened with one hand and has a strong lock. As such you don't have to worry about that. 

 This pocket knife is perfect for lighter tasks. Think of wood carving, preparing food or opening packages. For the more demanding tasks like cutting wood it is better to use a fixed knife or an axe.

 The handle is made from glass-fibre reinforced nylon. Incredibly strong and light-weight. The handle is also partly surrounded by rubber. For a comfortable and firm grip. Also in (very) wet circumstances, or when wearing gloves. The stainless steel blade comes with a very sharp edge. The black coating protects the blade from rust. The orange parts of the handle really stands out. This way you won't easily loose it when you accidentally drop it in the forest.

 The Gerber Bear Grylls Folding Sheath Knife comes with a nylon belt sheath. With it you can easily attach it to your belt to make sure you will always have it close. It also includes a short survival guide.

J'ai reçu mon Gerber très rapidement. Il tient bien dans la main, la lame une fois ouvert ne bouge pas.

Messen van Bear Grylls krijgen van échte mes liefhebbers altijd het predicaat: hou ervan-kan niets wezen. Maar de meter slaat regelmatig in de richting van het voordeel uit. Ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik ook zat te twijfelen tussen twee messen; ik had een hele goede keus gezien van Gerber - ik zocht een stevig iets groter vouwmes met een kleurtje erin, ideaal voor buiten werken, valt het mes uit je hand, dan vind je 'em zo weer terug - en deze van Bear Grylls. (Wat natuurlijk ook gewoon Gerber is.) 
En ja hoor, op alle fronten prima! Een sterk en scherp blad, een goede backlock, het ligt lekker in de hand, de prijs is goed en het voldeed aan mijn voorwaarde van de opvallende kleur. Zelfs het foedraal is stevig. 
Kortom, een heel goed mes voor een redelijke prijs!
