Great knife.A little bit on the heavy side, though.Looks and feels indestructible but the handle for me is a letdown.The so-called Zytel handles feels plasticky to me.I highly recommend upgrading to Micarta handles which you can buy separately.

Ive seen various reviews about the BK 7 & 9 I have both, but the BK 2 seems to have been over looked, it has a wider blade than either the 7 or 9 and feels a more solid stronger knife I highly recommend it above all BK fixed blades. If you pair the BK 2 with a BK 14 you probably have all the survival knives you need.
